Special Award from the Association of German Engineers 2006

The german association "Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI)" (Association of German Engineers) gave a prize to those students who took part in the projects "Jatropha oil as a renewable energy in Ghana" and "Solar cooking in Baumgartsbrunn/Namibia 2006". A few month ago the students of grade 10 and 12 of the Schillergymnasium in Münster entered the scholar contest of the focus magazine. While their project did not get priced by the jury, the Association of German Engineers decided to award a special prize to the group from Münster for their special commitment.
